1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
• Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only for orders cancelled within the allowed period or for defective/damaged items.
• If your order qualifies for a refund, it will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
• Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Return Policy for Physical Books

• Returns are accepted only if the book you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• You must notify us within 3 days of delivery with a clear photo and order number.
• Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference.
• The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
